Content Management System (CMS)
The Chamber MainStreet content management system gives your chamber or mainstreet the ability to easily update the site’s content and photos. You can generate new pages, edit existing ones, or hide/remove pages that need to be replaced entirely. Our system is as easy as formatting text and pictures in a Word document. Your chamber can have beautiful user friendly photo galleries for different events. Chamber staff is able to upload any image of ribbon cuttings, luncheons, workshops and any other functions. You are easily able to generate new content keeping your web site current with the latest news and events. You also have the ability to create chamber or mainstreet newsletters, member briefs and announcements.

Collecting and maintaining member information is a critical operation. Our system manages member contact, account information, advertising information, as well as member industries for improved searching capabilities. This easy-to-use solution simplifies virtually every aspect of member relations. New members can join online, their membership application goes into a pending status for review by chamber staff. Once the member is approved the member information is then added to the active members list.

Chamber or mainstreet reports can be generated and your staff has the capability to download member info in a CSV spreadsheet format and will easily be able to import the data into any in house database they currently use. This database can be used without any necessary data re-entry. Communicating with members has never been easier. With our bulk email module you can now send communications to all members or a select group. You have the ability to save templates for emails you send month after month.

Members have the ability to purchase different advertising packages available through your chamber or mainstreet. Logo placement on the home page and banner ads throughout the site are very effective marketing tools that enable members to advertise on your site. Visitors simply click on the member’s logo or banner ad to be redirected to the members’ web site
Calendar & Event Management
Chamber staff and members are able to create and promote an event online easier than ever. We provide you with everything you need to announce and promote an event in one convenient location. The event calendar will let visitors click on the month or date and go to a page for more information on the dates and events listed.

All event pages are specially coded for optimal search engine ranking. This will drive more traffic to the chamber web site and make it an even more valuable community resource. The community will begin to go to the chamber web site for its first source of local information.
